Question 1

Are Leibin golf carts street legal in my country?

Accepted Answer

Road legality is defined by the destination market. In the United States, low-speed vehicles must meet FMVSS No. 500 and state registration rules; in the EU, public-road use generally requires L6e/L7e type-approval. Leibin configures lighting, mirrors, seat belts, horns and speed limiters to the target standard and supplies documentation to support your local homologation process.

Question 2

Should I choose a 48V or 72V system, lithium or lead-acid?

Accepted Answer

48V systems suit flat courses, communities and light utility work. 72V lithium systems deliver more torque at lower current, which suits hilly resorts, six-seat sightseeing duty, cargo and patrol routes. Lithium (LiFePO4) packs are lighter and nearly maintenance-free with a longer cycle life, while lead-acid has a lower upfront cost but requires regular watering.

Question 3

Can you customize colors, seating and branding (OEM/ODM)?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Body color, seat material, roof type, wheel and tire package, lighting, battery capacity and logo placement can be configured. Share your use case and target volume and Leibin engineers will recommend a configuration and provide a spec sheet.

Question 4

How are Leibin vehicles packed and shipped?

Accepted Answer

Vehicles are shipped in steel-frame crates or loaded into containers depending on model and destination. Loading plans, packing lists and export documents are prepared before dispatch. Units per container vary by model, so a loading plan is provided per order.

Question 5

What after-sales support do overseas buyers receive?

Accepted Answer

Export orders are supported by the Leibin global service team with wear-part recommendations, spare parts supply, wiring diagrams and remote video troubleshooting. Warranty terms are confirmed in the sales contract.
